In October, my boyfriend and I went to San Francisco during covid to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. We stayed in San Anselmo and primarily visited Point Reyes during our time in California, but we decided to visit San Francisco for the day because it was only half an hour away from our AirBnB. Today I am celebrating quitting my second job of the year. Last Sunday was my final shift working as a retail associate at Ulta. I started working there last July and it was my first real part time job where I worked close to 20 hours a week on top of school. I loved being around makeup all of the time, but I honestly didn’t enjoy that job very much. I’m happy to say I’ve finally quit that job!
When the pandemic hit the United States in March, I decided it was time to reread the Harry Potter series. The world has felt devastatingly dark this year and I needed a good story like Harry Potter to keep my mind and heart occupied.
