I was craving a purple eyeshadow palette after seeing trending looks on Instagram so when I saw the Urban Decay Ultraviolet palette, I knew I needed to have it. Purple is one of those colors that can be low key AND vibrant at the same time. I’ve always loved Naked palettes and I just have to say right off the bat, this palette does not disappoint.
Since I think we’ve all had enough of wearing leggings everyday in quarantine, I thought I’d share some fun summer fashion essentials. All these picks today are perfect for hot summers, but remain practical at the same time 🙂
When I saw the Innisfree daily defense sunscreen at Sephora, I knew I had to give it a try. I exclusively use Asian beauty sunscreens because of the lightweight affordable formulas so I wanted to find out if this Innisfree one matched the standard. I like Innisfree’s sheet masks and this was my first time trying out their full sized skincare products.
Every couple of months I love putting together Read, Watch, Listen posts to share a recent collection of stories I find interesting, good shows I’m watching, and other thought provoking pieces. The Peach and Lily glass skin serum is one of those products that is so hyped up on social media, I had to try it out for myself. The term “glass skin” describes skin that is ultra clear, poreless, and very dewy. I’ve heard great things about the Peach and Lily glass skin serum helping to clear up acne as well as acne scars which are two of my biggest skin concerns. Read on to find out if this serum is worth the hype!
This week has certainly been devastating for the United States so I wanted to share some interesting pieces to read, watch, and listen to so we can educate ourselves on the deep racism in our country. Today I’m sharing some articles that can help educate non-black people on the racism happening in our country as well as actions we can take to be an ally to the black community. I’m also sharing some lighter topics and shows in the mix.
If you’re being responsible and wearing a mask when you go out, you might be experiencing acne from wearing a mask. This post is especially for all essential workers who have to wear masks for many hours causing acne where the mask sits.
