It’s time for the Spring 2021 Sephora sale so I wanted to share my recommendations and what I’ll be purchasing from the sale! Sephora doesn’t have sales very often so now is a great time to restock on the basics as well as try out some new beauty while it’s on sale. Here are my current recommendations for the Spring 2021 Sephora sale:

My Recommendations

Innisfree Ginger Honey Cream

The Innisfree ginger honey cream easily makes my top favorite creams list along with the Innisfree orchid youth enriched cream and the Laneige water bank cream. As I mentioned earlier, it is tough to keep my dry skin hydrated in the desert and this cream was up to the job! I loved the rich hydrating texture and it worked so well with sunscreen and makeup during the day. I really loved this cream and I will absolutely repurchase in the future. 

Fenty Gloss Bomb Cream

As a big fan of the Fenty Beauty gloss bomb, I had to try the new Fenty Beauty gloss bomb cream. I usually stick to neutral lip colors, but I decided to go out of my comfort zone with this jammy color called “fruit snackz”. This lip gloss formula is delightfully pigmented and hydrating on the lips. The gloss bomb cream is just as hydrating and buttery as the original Fenty gloss bomb. I will definitely be purchasing more colors because one can never have too much Fenty gloss. 

Dry Bar Detox Dry Shampoo

I’m very picky about dry shampoo formulas since I have long, dark hair. I want a dry shampoo that will get rid of the excess oil in my hair so I can go longer between washes without making my hair look like a ghost mane. I absolutely love the Dry Bar detox dry shampoo. It is fragranced with their signature vanilla blend scent. When sprayed in the hair, it does leave the white powdery look, but it disappears as soon as you scrub a little bit.

I love using this dry shampoo on day 3. It’s so effective that I don’t have to spray it again on day 4! This dry shampoo also has really nice volumizing benefits and it doesn’t irritate my scalp. The only con of this dry shampoo is it makes my boyfriend cough when I spray it, but maybe he’s just dramatic haha!

Briogeo “Don’t Despair, Repair!” Deep Conditioning Mask

While I liked the Briogeo Be Gentle, Be Kind shampoo and conditioner duo, my favorite product from the brand is their “Don’t Despair, Repair!” deep conditioning mask. I use this mask about once a week to keep my long dry hair hydrated and healthy. This mask can be used in place of a conditioner. 

My favorite way to use it is applying it in my hair and then shaving and exfoliating my legs to allow the mask to sit longer while I’m in the shower. The longer the mask sits, the more hydrated your hair will be! This is a great mask for anyone with dry hair and it’s especially good for wavy and curly hair that is prone to dryness and breakage.

Fenty Eaze Drop Skin Tint

The launch of the eaze drop skin tint is perhaps one of Fenty’s most hyped up launches I’ve seen in awhile. I’ve been hearing great reviews about this skin tint and I really enjoyed my friend, Naya’s review. I don’t have any skin tints in my collection so I’m very excited to cop this!

Dr. Jart Ceramiden Cream

I’ve been using the Dr. Jart ceramiden cream for the past few weeks and so far I’ve been impressed! This cream is very rich and hydrating which I appreciate since I have such dry skin. I recently messed up my skin’s moisture barrier with a harsh cleanser (more on that later). This cream has been soothing my skin’s irritation and plumping it with hydrating ceramides. I think I’ll be getting another tube of this cream because I love it so much. Stay tuned for a review!

Makeup Forever Artist Color Pencil

I’m not 100% sure if I’ll buy this, but I have been eyeing the Makeup Forever artist color pencils because they can be used on eyes, lips, and brows. I see Katie Jane Hughes using this pencil in the color “endless cacao”. I love how the soft brown shade looks as a lip liner! I’m either going to get “endless cacao” or “anywhere caffeine”.
