I don’t usually have enough new clothes to do a fashion post on my blog, but I’ve recently bought some pieces that I know while last me for years to come! All of these pieces are very well made and they’ve been on heavy rotation ever since I bought them.

-Reformation Canyon Top ($38)

Reformation is the one the brands I look at on Instagram constantly because every one of their pieces is literally stunning AND they are a sustainable brand! This is the first piece I have ever bought from them because their clothes are on the pricier side (sustainability costs more fast fashion). I love this high quality tank so much! It is literally so comfortable and soft. I absolutely love the pastel color on my medium skin. The wide neck is so timeless.

One really cool thing about the Reformation site I noticed while shopping is that they list on every top whether a bra can work with the top. I really appreciate these details, especially when I am spending money on a high quality piece. This top is “Strapless Bra Friendly”. 

After dipping my toe into Reformation, I’m definitely going to save my money and buy more pieces from them based on the timeless designs and the sustainable quality of their clothes. Why can’t every brand be sustainable?

-Levis Ribcage Super High Waist Ankle Straight Jeans ($98)

I bought these jeans during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and I am now obsessed with them. They are the most comfortable, well fitting jeans I’ve ever owned. I HATE buying pants in general so this jeans purchase was a big deal. I hate buying jeans because I’m really picky and you never know what you’re going to get online, but these are seriously amazing. 

*Styling Tip: When styling the petite figure, absolutely try to go for high waisted pieces. A high waisted pair of pants will elongate the legs, making you appear taller. If these wide legged jeans were low waisted, they would shrink my figure significantly even though I actually have long legs.

-Herschel Supply Co. Fourteen Hip Pack ($25)

When I was a kid, my Nana offered me her fanny packs and I said no because I thought they were gross. I regret my choices now. This fanny pack (they call it a “hip pack” on their website, but we all know what it is lol) is perfect for every occasion. I take it hiking all the time because I can have easy access to my phone (for pictures) and chapstick. I also took it to my recent trip to San Diego and it was perfect for keeping my hands free in the airport and walking around the beach.

This fanny pack feels super durable and the grey color goes with everything. They had a light purple color that looked really cute as well, but I went for the gray because like I said, it goes with everything. I love Herschel Supply as a brand. Their backpacks and bags are super high quality. I featured my Herschel Supply backpack in my post, Gear to Help You Be Successful in College, and it’s another favorite of mine.

I feel like so many women’s clothes are made to inhibit women. High heels make it harder to walk, fake pockets in pants make us carry around stupid purses, etc. I’m not saying I don’t think high heels and purses aren’t cute, but they do make things harder. My fanny pack is like a giant kangaroo pocket that keeps my hands free so I don’t have to lug around any extra items. Hurray.

-GymShark Set ($85)

I have been eyeing GymShark clothes since last Black Friday and my craving for GymShark increased when I started going to the gym last semester. I waited until their summer sale to buy a set and I feel like such a badass in this workout set. The material is very durable, yet its stretchy and moves with my body. It basically feels like a second skin. I did compare the material of this set to Spiderman’s suit on my Insta stories hahaha :p

My favorite aspect of these leggings is that they are high waisted. They cover my belly button so it makes it easy to skip the shirt if I feel like it. I also like the high waisted feature because I don’t have to continuously adjust my leggings mid work out. They stay in place.

*If you’re considering ordering from GymShark, just know that they don’t have an exchange policy. They DO have refunds, but if you order during a sale and you receive the wrong size, you won’t be able to exchange it. This happened to me the first time I ordered from them. 🙁

*Another thing to note, I would consider sizing up. I used their size chart the first time and it ended up being way too small because the material is tight.
